8. Photo and Media Release
By participating in TNAL programs or events, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media for promotional and educational purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing. We respect privacy concerns and will honor any requests to not be included in public materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
TNAL provides services on a voluntary basis and to the best of our ability. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the amount of donations received, if any.
10. Termination
TNAL reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that is harmful to our community, volunteers, or beneficiaries.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through the Kenyan legal system, with jurisdiction in Nakuru County courts, unless otherwise required by law.
